Confirm respite coverage and availability
Before arranging care, the program must confirm the respite benefit and approved services. Reflections discusses local availability and the proposed visit with you.
Plan for a comfortable visit
Agree the support, timing, routines, contact arrangements, and handover so everyone knows what to expect.
If you already receive GUIDE support
Tell us that you are already enrolled when you contact us. Your current GUIDE care team needs to confirm how any respite service will fit your existing plan; please do not arrange duplicate enrollment.
If GUIDE is not the right fit
Our team can discuss other Reflections services and local support. Any care outside the approved GUIDE arrangement has its own scope and payment terms.
