Medication Management
Strategic Planning for Optimal Medication Outcomes
Prioritizing Your Loved One’s Health
Medication Management is a critical part of senior care, and at Reflections Management and Care, we understand this. We have a licensed RN who, in coordination with the client’s physician and pharmacist, arranges and monitors prescribed medication. Our goal is not just to ensure medication is taken as prescribed, but also to move toward the senior achieving safe self-administration.
Starting with an in-home assessment, we determine the most effective setup and create a tailored plan for each client. We consider whether a medication device or nurse-assisted administration is necessary and ensure every step taken is toward improving your loved one’s health and well-being.
