Get the Guidance You Need
A caring presence at home. A break for you.
At Reflections Management & Care, we understand that caring for someone living with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia can be both rewarding and overwhelming. As a contracted respite care provider through the Medicare GUIDE Program, we provide compassionate, personalized respite services that give family caregivers a much-needed break while ensuring their loved ones continue receiving attentive, supportive care.
A planned break makes room for your own appointments, everyday responsibilities, or time to recharge. We discuss your family’s needs and the approved support before a visit begins.
What respite can make possible
Time to rest and recharge
Take a break, catch up on sleep, or spend a little time doing something that helps you feel like yourself.
Room for everyday responsibilities
Attend your own appointments, run errands, or spend time with other family members while support is in place at home.
Support shaped around your loved one
Talk with our team about familiar routines, interests, preferences, and the support your loved one needs during the agreed visit.
Our role in Medicare GUIDE
Reflections is a contracted provider of respite care services through the Medicare GUIDE Program. Our focus is the in-home respite support we provide to eligible families.
Our experience in dementia care, care management, and supporting families informs how we listen, plan, and communicate with you. We discuss your priorities and the approved care arrangement before services begin.
GUIDE also includes care navigation and caregiver education through the program’s care team. Reflections does not administer the entire GUIDE Program or decide Medicare eligibility.
