About Lindsay

Lindsay Kratzer is the Owner and Founder of Reflections Management and Care, a company dedicated to empowering seniors and their families throughout Central New York. With over two decades of experience in senior care, Lindsay specializes in helping older adults maintain independence while offering personalized, long-term solutions for families navigating the complexities of aging.

Lindsay holds a BS in Psychology, an MS in Psychology with a specialization in Counseling, and a Certificate in Gerontology. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional (CMDCP), and Certified Dementia Support Group Facilitator (CDSGF). These advanced certifications reflect her deep commitment to compassionate, evidence-based dementia care.

Lindsay’s professional contributions extend beyond her practice. She is a Unit Leader for the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA) and continues to actively serve on the New York Board of Education for ALCA, and contribute to the National Conference Planning Committee. She is also the founder of the local Central New York chapter of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA).

Her dedication shines in community initiatives like the launch of the Reflections Memory Café, which provides a welcoming space for individuals with cognitive challenges and their caregivers to connect and engage.

Inspired by a close bond with her grandparents, Lindsay’s passion for senior care has been the driving force behind her life’s work. She lives in Baldwinsville, NY, with her husband and two sons, where she values quality family time while remaining deeply committed to her clients and the greater community.
